Awesome details by Jeremiah. It’s his second course that I’m learning right now! His techniques are 100% perfect for me, cause I’m 6.4 and enough flexible for this stuff (but, definitely not flexible like him)

I am always fascinated by the 10th Planet System and it's innovation. This is yet another angle of the Closed Guard, similar to Williams Guard, that anyone with some measure of flexibility can apply to their existing game. And then you have more options, which make you more dangerous. Vance is also a great instructor who lays it down in a simple, step-by-step manner.

An excellent option from closed guard. I especially like how he starts each segment right from the beginning when he adds an additional movement, so you get the reps in just watching him do the entire sequence from the beginning each time.

My rubber guard was very basic beginner stage, because I haven't trained at a 10th Planet Gym. But, I do train with 10th Planet guys who have taught me a lot. But, this video instructional has helped me a lot by adding more details that I've been missing. I'm getting close to that Dead Orchard finish when I roll.
