sooo, never really liked foot locks, ussally i go for knee bars and heel hooks but instructional might change that all. bird seems to be hella knowledgable and really explains all the positions .

The Best Straight Ankle Lock Instructional
This instructional helped me with my straight ankle lock game. I get more straight ankles than heel hooks which is crazy due to me being a person who uses heel hooks all the time. The Bird Lock is my favorite submission to do. I hit this submission on older, younger, bigger, and smaller people all the time. I am known as a leg locker in my gym, and that's mainly due to the Bird Lock. Get this instructional if you want better straight ankles and get more entries for the Bird Lock.
