M. M. developed an outstanding instructional about colar and sleeve with a huge amount of deteils. it starts with how to position your limbs and leads to how to position your toes and fingers It goes over how to open up the spots you need for propper prositioning and propper attacking via triangle and omoplata and how to set them up by baiting with sweeps. And of course how maintain this highly offensive position. Highly recommend!!!

Video offers good intricate details of the Collar and Sleeve techniques. However, the lesson plan could have been better organized. It has a total of almost 8 hours of instructions in 8 volumes. Yet, under each volume, it is only divided into only 2 or 3 chapters, making tracking and going back to specific instructions/techniques difficult. The instructions from Mikey, though clear and enthusiastic, were repetitive throughout the video and interjected by seemingly random questions/comments from his sister. You will need good patience to get through the entire video. I would have returned it for a refund if I had not downloaded the video to watch offline.

This is one of my all time favorite instructionals, so much biomechanical stuff how the body work without being to boring and detailed like i can find Danaher to be sometimes. This collar sleeve have in like 2 weeks completley changed my game and it suits me perfect. I'm gonna continue watching and work on this stuff its amazing, I actually think Mikey,Keenan and Fabio is my favorites in the way the teach. But Mikey use a lot of principles that are extremley good. Just get it if you are intrested in this guard.

M. Musumeci explanations are very clear and we are not surprised to see him at such a level when attending this instructionals. An excellent product that enables you to improve for sure understanding of the collar and sleeve guard.
