  Great combination of general concepts and theories, as well as specific situational concepts. Very helpful for connecting the dots, and obtaining a better overall understanding of guard. Seems applicable to advanced practitioners as well. I prefer to watch on 1.25 or 1.5X. Highly recommend this instructional.
