I'd eat Craig Jones if I could
A surprisingly practical instructional that goes beyond basic “eat more protein” advice. Craig Jones and Jordan Sullivan break down how to fuel training, manage weight, and optimize nutrition specifically for grapplers. It’s straightforward, entertaining, and packed with information you can actually apply. Highly recommended for anyone serious about BJJ performance and making weight.
Great explination
I like the information that Jordan is giving here. It is not new but nicely explained and it has a great practical approach. I can fully recommend this one.

Excellent
You think you know, but you probably don't. This course is highly recommended if you want to understand nutrition at more than a bro-science level.
Very Important Instructional
I've been a personal trainer and nutrition nut for 15+ years and when I started BJJ, I was pretty appalled at the lack of understanding of nutrition and weight cutting going on around me. This instructional is so important and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to compete and/or lose weight through BJJ. It dispenses with some common misinformation and teaches you to set your body up for success in the sport. Highly recommend, especially to beginners and/or competitors!
Good info but can’t see meal plan clearly
I really do like this instructional but one flaw is that at the very end they show one of their competitors actual meal plan but it’s so blurry and small that I can’t read it. I even switched to my iPad from my phone and that didn’t make it better. Great info but that bothers me.
Pretty good
pretty good info.
Really well explained
It shows you many things that you can apply, like how to diet based on the energy system you gonna use the most and supplements that help your anaerobic system perfom better.
Solid info
I've followed the Fight Dietician for awhile, so it was awesome finding this resource consolidating so much great info in one place
Everything I wanted to know
Very useful information for those that don't know what to eat to help their BJJ performance. More useful information on methods for cutting weight the week before a competition. Very good.
