  Very informative instructional. Does a good job of explaining which moves to use for specific situations. Also, shows why certain commonly used moves don't work under certain conditions, and thus how you can counter someone if they try it on you.

• Part of an undefeated defensive system

  After teaching us all the techniques that make up his offensive systems, we now get to learn Gordon Ryan's defensive systems as well. As impressive as it is to watch Gordon constantly dominate the best athletes in the jiu-jitsu world, it's even more impressive when you realize they're not able to attack him because of his flawless defensive system. We get to learn one part of that system in this instructional video.
