This video is awesome! Learn from the Master himself. Check out David Weck and Edward Troise's stuff in conjunction with this. Their biomechanical stuff helped me understand what Mike is doing in these videos.

It really speaks volumes to Mike Tyson's abilities and discipline that he still so good at his age. My guy is a beast. I love his style and the tutorial is great definitely a must if you like like in fighting style of boxing

It is not build like an instructional. Most of the time you see Henry Cejudo trying to Imitate the techniques he asked Mike for. Still nice to see.

First I was a bit afraid as I red some of the reviews. The student asks good questions and Mike sees every mistake and corrects him so you can understand the principles very good.
