M. M. offers amazing ideas and concepts. Now he put the reverse de la riva into these. Itvis a great addition for me. Especially when I defend/recover the guard I land in half guard/reverse de la riva. Thanks!!

Top level details
This is a short but extremely effective instructional on RLDR. Just the first 15 minutes of the instructional, dealing with setting up appropriate frames and prioritizing frames over the RDLR hook, was worth the cost of admission. If you watch this instructional, you will feel very comfortable in the RDLR position and will be able to threaten sweeps, back takes, and submissions. I am a bigger guy (215 lb) and I am now easily hitting Kiss of the Dragon inversions to the back because Mikey explains how to make the near leg weightless.

Mikey delivers a systematic lesson on RDLR and it's worth the money. The way he categorizes the techniques/attacks in worlds or boxes makes it easy to follow and apply on the mat. I would say this video delivers more sweeps and attacks than his other videos that I have watched. Of course he breaks down the positional controls first, then we see many sweeps, backtakes and submissions.

His use of principles and clear organization makes this an intuitive system.
