Extremely valuable instructional for retention, rooted in clear principles with detailed demos. I've gone through each section multiple times and drilled in the evenings for about 3 weeks, this has greatly improved my retention and also brought a new level of calmness to my guard playing into offensive attacks.
very usefull
I have a love-hate relationship with my guard. It’s good when it works, it sucks when passers know what they are doing. This is becoming a key part of leveling up my knowledge and proficiency!
i've been looking for information and concepts, not just moves. then i know what to do in any situation even if i haven't learned a particular position and move. when you know the why, you can always figure out the what.
Very good tips that are useful right away.
Very good right from the beginning. Good tips on retention that I wish were told to me years ago.

Great instructional by a great teacher. The explanations are very easy to understand, and once I understood and started using the concepts taught here by Gordon it improved my guard a lot.

Contains a surprising amount of concepts, strategies, and techniques for guard retention and counter offense. The video series changes how one sees and approaches the game.

Gordon does an amazing job showing you what to focus on and when to prioritize you focus on something else when you opponent changes tactics. Then he give you some example techniques to stimulate thoughts on how to achieve your goals and deny there's. Not like a step by step recipe but a strategic understanding. Seeing it broadly so it can be applied broadly. I highly recommend this for all belt levels.
