• Very good but hard to stay attentive.

  Wealth of knowledge in this video, as a white belt this can be quite overwhelming at times but just take it step by step and its working well in my game plan when rolling and i've improved a lot as i've also received comments from people i normally roll with. For me personally, Only down side would be Gordons style of teaching . I struggle to stay focused at times as it's not that engaging for the view as other instructors are. But all in all 5 stars would recommend.

• 10/10 quality, but pricey

  Unmatched in quality and detail, an amazing instructional for all levels learning to retain guard better. My one complain is that this really could of been split between Gordon's half guard and 2 open guard instructionals for how much they cost (and how much this costs). It's a goat instructional from the goat cant really complain too much, but particularly the one chapter on half guard should have been in the half guard instructional.
