• Perfect for someone is is laser-focused on finding triangle chokes

  . There may only be 30 min of content, but this was a gift Craig Jones gave us all during the pandemic and it is loaded with nice, smaller details that I'm going to incorporate in tonight's practice. Its only taken me 6 years to figure out how to pull off triangle chokes in live rolls and what allows me to keep interest is continuing to focus on submissions is the ability to constantly find them from new/other positions rather than just from Guard. One thing this video does well at is giving us some looks from every position, even though its only 1 thing, I am confident that everyone will take away at least 1 of these triangle set ups. If you are someone that specializes in back, leg, mount, or side control attacks, you can blend one of these triangles into your game as a new weapon/tool in the toolbox.
