Total Striking Control
This instructional is fantastic. These feel like the type of cool rare tips you get here and there over the years from trainers all around the country but all condensed into a brief instructional from legendary fighter. Nothing basic either. Straight from the start he gives you fantastic tips and techniques. And cover enough to implement at least something to every part of your striking. It is in Portuguese with English subtitles, but that gave me no problems and his instruction comes clearly and naturally in English as well.

Excellent striking
I have about a year in BJJ, but 15ish years in striking, with a Karate and Hung Gar Kung Fu background. This course gives you the principles and knowledge to generate power and strike like someone with a decade of karate, and is streamlined and efficient enough that a reasonably intelligent person could probably learn and implement this stuff in a matter of weeks. A great way to speed-run developing elite striking skills
Excellent Kickboxing
I have a background of over 15 years in striking, mainly in Uechi-Ryu karate and Hung Gar Kung Fu. If you have a similar background, you’ll likely see a lot of overlap between that kind of hard, powerful striking and this course. This course is streamlined to give you what you would get out of a decade or so of striking arts over the course of a few weeks of daily training. Really excellent work.

Great Standup Fundamental Combos
If you’re like me—an old fart bjj OG who wants to learn just enough striking to get to the ground—this is an excellent supplement to augment your ground game. I dropped one star here because he doesn’t go into the fundamentals of striking (foot & shoulder movement especially) & reading the Portuguese subtitles while trying to watch is a hassle, but worth the price for sure.

i have been doing kickboxing for 2 years, thought this wouldnt benefit me much, i was really wrong. there was so many small details and set ups i was missing. this definitely has helped me

This is excellent instruction and top level technique. Only Down side is the subtitles. I think it would be better if they overdubbed English audio translation as well!
