  i was pleasantly surprised to find out that this training is more of a rubber guard dvd than anything. a little more than half of the instructional is rubber guard when it covers the overhooks section. which is fine because i was wondering how he attacks his rubber guard game.

• Decent, some very good tips maybe a lil shallow

  Shallow maybe strong word to use here given the amount of stuff and entries, but that is how it feels, I think this is worth it for a daily if you are into the overhook gaurd stuff, Mason is obviously amazing, this is just not quite at the 4 star level, but pretty good.

  I finished the first part and I could play closed guard my full life just with that! I started the second part and it build on top of first part! I really like what Mason shared. I suffered to watch other instructionals like the ones of John Danaher, they are gold, but so tedious to watch... Here we just go directly to the topic and learn what we need to apply simple but powerful things.
