  Felipe Pena teaches a compendium of well known backtakes form the bottom by adding a lot of crucial details that make it work even for me as an older and unflexible guy. He teaches the proper angles and adjustments as well as how to maintain the back to eventually finish your opponent. Highly recommend!!!

  Pena in depth teaching really helps the techniques sink in. He makes sure you understand the concepts of his back takes before showing. Very detailed and all belt levels can learn a great deal from this tutorial. Some techniques I wont even try yet as they seem very advanced but good I have them there for when I'm ready! Plenty I can use though! 10/10
