Great content
Great exercises for combat sports athletes , they have become a very important part of my training routine.
Perfect yoga for BJJ
Yoga for jiu jitsu, I did another yoga for bjj class, that was amazing, but did not get into enough depth, This picks up where that left off, as an older jiu jitsu guy, who still thinks he is 25 yet has a horrible back and neck, this is insanely good. I made immense gains in 5 days
Stretch your body to stretch your time on the mats
As an older BJJ student I am happy to recommend this instructional. we need it.
