Plan on using these moves!
Excellent! This is now the majority of my bottomw game.
Gotta love JD's grasp of every element of the game.
Great bottom game plan for those who want to slow things down.
Love Danaher teachings. Very valuable instructional.
Had this instructional for months now and it really improved my half guard game every time I get stuck I rewatch and there’s another detail that I add on starting to solidify my bottom half guard game
Been really studying this instructional for months and specifically my half guard game has improved leaps and bounds. Always find a new detail when I rewatch which is straying to solidify that part of my game.

Great material!
A must have for older grapplers. You will greatly benefit from the techniques taught. The technique taught are specifically tailored for the older less athletic grappler. You don’t need to be athletic, flexible, or young to implement this techniques.
Very well explained
Great
Plenty of useful technique very well explained
Great for older athletes
More details and techniques than you could ever absorb. Excellent
it changes how i think
Excelente tutorial.
Highly recommended for those who want to slow the game down.
Immediately helping me
Across its eight chapters, Danaher dissects the bottom game with surgical clarity: half guard, control mechanics, escape pathways, and submission chains are all recast through the lens of longevity and economy of movement. Rather than asking you to move faster, he teaches you to use leverage, timing, and structure to neutralize younger, stronger opponents. The content is dense but refined, layering subtle concepts that reward repeated study. For older grapplers seeking to maintain competitiveness, this instructional isn’t just helpful—it’s essential.
Great instructional and tips for 40+ athletes with tons of details
Mr. Donaher’s tutorials are well thought out and balanced between specific techniques and principles. There’s also a great balance of technique detail and variety, always with a well defined relationship between the different techniques.
