Unfassbar viele Techniken und alles erklärt anhand der Catch Prinzipien und Regeln nach Billy Robinson. Danke Jake und Sam für das teilen dieses Wissen. Ich finde es ist jeden Cent wert und jeder kann gute sachen übernehmen die zu einem passen und den Gegner überraschen und Catch prinzipien in sein Grappling einzubauen. Es ist so schade das Catch nicht viel bekannter ist. Aber man sieht immer mehr davon in dem Game der Leute

Watching this will change your grappling experience. Once you get taught a little bit about catch. You’ll see things not many other grapplers see. I DEFINITELY suggest buying this and the submissions instructional.
Catch Wrestling Takedowns
As a BJJ white belt (1 stripe) who began training in March 2024, Jake Shannon's Catch Wrestling Takedown course perfectly complemented my early grappling journey. The curriculum breaks down takedown fundamentals in an accessible way for beginners, presenting techniques methodically as part of a comprehensive system rather than isolated moves. My only criticism is that occasionally instructors speak over each other during demonstrations, causing some confusion. A more structured approach to verbal instruction would enhance the learning experience. Despite this minor issue, I give this course 5 stars. It delivers exceptional value for BJJ practitioners looking to improve their standing game, being accessible for beginners while offering enough depth for more experienced grapplers.

This is a decent video, but I would say it is suited to someone who already has a good grasp on regular grappling takedowns. There is some pretty unique material here, but it is not a good first video to make a takedown system out of. Best to get a more traditional takedown video and add these to your arsenal from there. Also some of these techniques are insanely illegal in most tournaments or very irresponsible in training, not many but a few. As long as this is what your looking for it is definitly a good purchase.

I have taken Jake's Catch wrestling camps and this video is a nice refresher to the take downs he teaches. I would suggest this video to keep your skill's sharp

I have all of Mr. Shannon's videos and as always he presents the material in a clear and concise way that makes it easy to follow. I apply this techniques in live rolls and they helped tremendously

I have followed Jake Shannon and the Catch As Catch Can movement for several years now and I was excited to finally have some access to the Dark Side that is Catch. I use these takedowns and submissions from the Jake Shannon series and I love it. My little group of guys I teach also love how brutal these techniques can be. Learning some Catch basics has tremendously improved my game.

Great Product! I have all of Jake Shannon's Catch Wrestling videos and am very impressed with them. I'm a BJJ guy but feel my game has improved tremendously by incorporating Catch Wrestling moves I have learnt from puchasing BJJ Fanatics products from the likes of Jake Shannon and also Neil Melanson.
