great details
Catch has a lot to offer BJJ practitioners. Nelson's are solid techniques with many possibilities.
I’ve been working on this with a friend over the last few months and I highly recommend this for any grappler, the amount of great turnovers to submissions is crazy. My BJJ and Judo clubs guys can’t rely on turtle so save them nowdays. I’ll be working more Catch and more Jake Shannon stuff as it’s just so efficient.
Started adding catch wrestling to my grappling years ago and have loved it. This is an excellent breakdown and easy to follow.
great info clearly explained
It's great love it
Will spend my time reviewing these details to add to my game
I'M JUST SPEECHLESS THESE ARE AWESOME I NEED MORE SUBMİSSİONS LİKE THESE THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR DEDİCATİON :)
GOD BLESS YOU SİR YOU ARE THE MAN :)
The depth of Coach Shannon's knowledge is amazing, learning 5% will change your game!
Ive been looking using nelsons as a control point in my game and this series helped fill in those gaps!
Great instructional to learn how to control a body. Very good revision on how and where to go with the nelson. Some finishes maybe be a little hard in a jj class.
a great instructional, would highly recommend.
Good instructional for top player and for people who like snap down. Jake Shannon technics are very effective and straightforwards and you dont need a specific ability or body type to do them correctly.
Jake does a great job of breaking down concepts. Catch is a bit more aggressive compared to BJJ so some of your opponents may not appreciate it.
amazing content on controlling opponents
He is very knowledgeable and is as well-rounded as I thought he was about cat dressing among other things great address very informative. Glad I bought the tape.
Great stuff for submission grappling.
Jake Shannon's approach to using the Nelson as a control outside of folk/freestyle and into general grappling will confound people you face on the mats if they only know boilerplate GJJ or BJJ. Solid technique!
Good instruction, alot of instructing ideas
Jake shows Nelsons from everywhere. This vid is a great thorough look at how to use them all.
Great info on Nelsons, looking forward to adding this to my arsenal. Very well explained and demonstrated.
Thi course has enabled me to make Nelson's one of my go-to moves that i super effective in a variety of situations.
Quality Instructional and useful for escaping and attacking from the nelson, the subs are also unorthodox and interesting
Jake is keeping catch alive in an amazing way. Buy his stuff!
