Fantastic Instructional
I have watched numerous wrestling/bjj instructionals and I still learned a lot from this instructional. A lot of techniques are covered and they are all very well explained...

Amazing, Even if You Have Other Standing Instructionals
I was hesitant to get this, since I have the first two Standing2Ground instructionals, as well as several other wrestling instructionals. However, Pixley and Heath do an incredible job. I love the format of Pixley teaching, and Heath coming in and asking questions. It may have been the culmination of learning many things, but several sections just made things "click" for me. I finally feel like I'm able to hit a good single leg in a Jiu-Jitsu context. Highly recommend!

Excellent
This has amazing information on how to transition between wrestling and bjj. Really covers the gap with great examples timing, set ups and finishes.
The best wrestling for jiujitsu out there.
Fantastic for anyone who is trying to improve their wrestling!
I have been training for 7 years. I have severely neglected my wrestling. Mr. Pixley does a fantastic job of overlapping wrestling with Jiujitsu. I would recommend everyone no matter what belt, start with the white belt section! It has great insight and will give you something to immediately begin work on.

"This instructional is excellent. It goes step by step and makes you feel comfortable with your standing game, starting with handfights and stance. I didn't know Vin Diesel did jiu-jitsu, so it was funny to see him also helping in this instructional."
