Incredible - Must have wrestling techniques
Pixley is amazing. watching this you can cleary see he has TONs of high level experience and his tips are a must have for non wrestlers.

Just bought this and immediately pressed play. Binge watching and taking notes. I really appreciate Heath getting in there and asking lots of questions and helping dig into the details. Can’t wait to start live drilling this stuff. Much love for everything Heath and the Daisy Fresh crew are doing! Those guys are the reason I finally after MANY years of talking about decided to start jiu jitsu.
