  I can remember if I have left a review for this already-but I am going to leave it again. You must have this in my opinion. This will change your passing game into a winning game. Cradles are everywhere and if you are older like me they allow you to slow down the game a lot so that you can be set up for the submissions. This is super detailed and honestly these moves are also a lot of fun to try on your training partners. They also work and you will submit people. Near side cradle to darce is money and I have gotten it a lot. Also the Mizzou no one expects period. Get this instructional.

• Incredibly useful for nogi

  I have been told by many instructors that the cradle is a waste of time as it doesn't lead to submissions. This proves most of that wrong. I started hitting the Darce form the turtle immediately and that had opened up my game.

• Great Techniques along some not so high percentage Techniques

  Really good techniques for control and most lead to submissions or better positions but I am not sure how much some of the other techniques would work when met with good defense and high resistance. But definitely a must watch for people wanting to improve their cradle game. You can smash bigger guy with this too.
