Outstanding Instructional
Placido does a fantastic job of breaking down the guillotine choke, setups, finishes and drills in VERY manageable 2-3 minute chunks. Simply outstanding video series! I am hopeful for a similar Kimura series from him.

Placido does an outstanding job breaking down the guillotine, setups, finishes and drills in VERY consumable and manageable 2-3 minute chunks. Absolutely outstanding! I have over 90 fanatics videos and this ranks at or near the top. Hopefully Placido does the same series for Kimura!
Excellent instructional!
My first by our favorite uke over the years. He did a great job! Love the format and details and the emphasis on developing skill through quality reps. Guillotines have been my favorite sub the past three years. And this is the best instructional I've seen. (I really only have Lachlan's no gi chokes. And have seen Danaher's front headlock. If you have those, this is still very much worth getting. )

This is a masterful instructional
I’ve spent the last six years watching Placido, the legendary uke, get strangled and tortured by John in just about every instructional he releases. After watching most of John’s, Gordon’s, and Garry’s instructionals on this topic, I honestly didn’t think I could get much more out of another guillotine series. I was wrong. This was worth every penny. Clearly, all the time and work Placido has put in with John have paid off. This is a masterful instructional: short, concise, and practical, with the kind of details people pay thousands of dollars to learn in private lessons. It’s truly elite level. What really sets this product apart, though, is the camera work. Placido and the camera operator do an amazing job of capturing angles from underneath the chest, allowing you to see exactly what’s happening. 10/10.

It was amazing. Placido does a fantastic job showing exactly what makes uchikomi so important. Also his explanations are Top Tier. I plan on eventually owning everything Placido puts out.
Drill to win
My first instruction from Placido. I almost never drilled, and I went to the "highest" level of this sport. I can say I like his way of teaching, and even if you have John's instructionals, it is a more than decent supplement to them. In contrast to John's, Placido gives smaller bites to work on and drill until perfection. Definitely going to get more from Placido drill series. Thanks mate really enjoyed this one and not done yet drilling 🙏

Placido does a fantastic job of braking down the details in easy to consume 2-5 minute chunks. The 2 hour drilling sessions at the end of the instructional series are excellent as well as Placido shows how he teaches a class and points out common mistakes to help improve your approach
