I’ve been able to add a lot of these techniques to my game. Awesome instructional
Excellent info
GREAT instructional. This is my first Rau instructional, love how clear and concise he is without fluff. 10/10?
I'm a big fan of Jason Rau's instructional videos, I've found them to be consistently excellent. Jason's instructional videos are clear and concise. While he doesn't cover every option exhaustively, his systems are complete in the sense that everything you need is covered, and everything covered is needed. Just simple, robust systems based on the most effective movement patterns. This is an excellent series which has helped me to improve my passing from the headquarters position. I would also recommend Jason's other passing series (half guard passing, outside passing and split squat), which complement this release and help to give a more complete understanding of NoGi passing. I'm looking forward to studying his new series on combining inside and outside passing.
Good details, easy to follow along.
A lot of good tips
Jason Rau has done it again. Very concise and concrete instructional. Every essential you will need for headquarters passing.
Jason is a world class BJJ BB. I have learned from on the mats and now I look at his BJJ videos to continue my journey. I highly recommend watching his videos 👍

Excellent techniques and system
Jason Rau's "Dynamic Headquarters Passing" instructional is highly praised. It's considered effective for both beginners and experienced grapplers, offering clear and concise techniques focused on the strong headquarters passing position. Many appreciate how it opens up various attack chains and provides a system previously exclusive to Rau's students. The instructional emphasizes dynamic passing strategies, situational awareness, and practical drilling sequences, making it valuable for no-gi practitioners looking to improve their guard passing with confidence and control.
