Nice instructional about basic open guard movement, the mechanics of the spider hook and how to use it for guard retention, sweeps and submissions. Excellent for building an open guard game.

good
Bought this as a white belt and I am revisiting this now as a purple belt. I have landed numerous sweeps and triangles in my BJJ journey using techniques from this instructional. Now as I have developed my skills and reached a deeper understanding of BJJ the more complex stuff here makes great sense. I would also like to add that the instructor and his sidekick are wearing white and black gis which helps alot with the visuals. One of my favourite instructionals
