  I join Magid Hage at a seminar and he showed us his Baseball Choke Game. After that I have to buy his instructional. His ideas really helps me to play from bottom and switch directly from defence to offence with this sneaky choke. I love it and highly recomand his instructional!

  As a new White Belt the Baseball Choke was one of the very first submissions I learned. However, I had horrible technique trying to use it. After watching Magid Hage's instructional I am now expereicning a higher percentage of success with this submission.

• Gorilla hands

  I was a fan of this Magid Hage back in the day when he choked out Clark Gracie and submitted Maxwell. I think he's got a big advantage doing this choke because he has those gorilla hands, but the baseball choke he hits them comes from everywhere. It's not so much a trick, but a well thought out system which if they know to expect it, they'll be more hesitant to engage. I've personally always gone for the knee on belly lapel baseball choke, on bigger guys since mount I get off balanced too much. Hage's ones are more efficient once he locks up those grips, it's game over. I still need to figure out how not to get armbared doing this when I give up my back thou.
