I really like this new format. its also very refreshing to see Danaher coaching two students and showing the drills in live. John really takes the move to the limit and makes its approachable to almost all levels.
highly recommend, I like to use arm drags in my game, and as is the case with all Danaher Instructionals; he breaks down the components, shows many applications, and displays how and where to combine his submission systems to chain together off of this move
In depth comprehensive study of the Arm Drag
John Danaher goes into extensive detail on a this fundamental move. It helps one understand when, where, how, and how to follow up on arm drags from a variety of situations. Already seeing results in the gym from what I've watched and implemented. Hit a black belt buddy at open mat with a perfectly exectured arm drag and got to his back - felt like a god amongst men for about 3 seconds before he countered and smashed me
