Excellent.
Modern approach
A technique that we learn early on and then we seem to give up on and focus on heel hooks instead. This instructional suddenly made me re evaluate things and going forward I will change things for sure.
Seriously changed my game as a whitebelt.
This video brings a new light to an old submission, and makes it highly effective and tecnical, took my anklelock game to another level
This has been a great instructional. Very detailed!
Nice overview on proper grip and mechanics for a very effective ankle lock.
Excellent details on how to finish ankle locks and turn them into a massive threat from guard
Great detail on offense and defence on ankle locks!

Looking forward to upping my ankle locks in future competitions, great instructional!
Mechanics that most people don't teach
My daughter a blue belt was having trouble with foot locks….not anymore
As always, solid details.
I've bought the ankle lock instructionals from all the top athletes who have made them one of their signature moves but John really hits the detail on the keys that make them possible.
Very Good as usual. Many variations of entry and finishes from different leg lock defensive positions. Lots of emphasis on high percentage finishes from many different scenarios.
Sharp and precise details! Eye opening concepts and central problems addressed!
Still busy with it but great detail so far. Wish it was for gi as well.
Great details. Always learning from John Danaher
Only halfway through, but loving it so far, excited to add the ankle lock to the arsenal
