One of the best Danaher instructionals structure wise. Really like the concept of the decision tree.
Super informative!
I Like the Level of Detail and the Break down of the techniques.
Another top notch instructional from the man!
Everything is explain into little pieces and it is easy to understand
Fantastic instruction
Awesome details for finishing ankle locks. A must have for those who wish to be leg lockers
Masterclass
This is the best insructional on this topic I have ever seen.
Amazing
A groundbreaking (and ankle breaking) evolution of an age old technique. Danaher teaches in extreme detail how to effectively use the ankle lock
hand and leg positioning are important. the inverted position uses the body weight and the ground for the locks.
Wonderful detail
hand position and elbow position for holding the ankle with the immobilization of hip joint are taught.
Great
Phenomenal like all other Danaher instructionals. My entire approach to ankle locks were incorrect. This fixed it immediately and the principals were immediately applicable in training. Highly recommend!
John is good at explaining the videos work and I like the length. The platform itself needs work but call me once you are ready
First off, someone needs to check on Placido. I genuinely feel sorry for the guy after watching him have his foot relentlessly cranked on for several hours straight—but his sacrifice was absolutely worth it for this instructional. John Danaher's Master the Move: The Ankle Lock is nothing short of game-changing. If you think you know how to finish an ankle lock based on the traditional, old-school methods, prepare to unlearn all of that. His approach here is fundamentally different from every traditional ankle lock video I’ve ever watched. Instead of relying on the old-school mentality of just wrapping the foot, falling back, and hoping for pain compliance, Danaher breaks down entirely new mechanics that turn this into a devastating, inescapable joint break. It completely redefines the submission. Highly recommended.
Detailed and comprehensive
Danaher is the best at providing details and a clear path to success. This series focuses on the control and maximum breaking power of the ankle lock. A MUST have series for any belt level.
This is the best in the Master the Move series, and one of his best in a while. I especially enjoyed him employing essentially a flow chart so that you can plot your reactions to typical opponent defenses.
As always, Best Instructional! Every penny is worth! Effective and Powerful technique and concise explanation !!
Very happy with this purchase and I am seeing progress on the mats.
