John is the greatest mind in Jiu-jistu!
Worth the cost.
John teaches previously unseen options to counter pins. This content is gold!
I bought this instructional as part of the daily deal offers and it did not disappoint. John Danaher breaks down concepts and theories behind the moves that he demonstrates in order to escape pins and immediately counter attack with submissions. In my opinion, this is absolutely essential for beginners like me who find themselves in pins and submissions almost every second of the round.
Fantastic instruction. Best instructor! Highly recommended
clear instructions make step by step much easier to follow! Highly recommended.
Always amazing details.
I can't say enough about this instructional!! It's loaded with gold!!!
Guaranteed Danaher-quality instructions for hitting submissions directly from effective positional escapes.
Danaher is the best no question. As a grappler in the first couple years I’m frequently in bad situations. This video changed my game and accelerated my progress. A must have.
The way that John explains things in a systematic fashion is unlike anyone else I've ever seen. This is a must buy.
Feeling confident in bad positions
I love the whole New Wave Series. It's fantastic. So much, details, concepts and strategies. The Bible of NoGi Game
Excellent methods of escape. Feel comfortable in attempting more moves and subs knowing that you can escape bad positions.
Great video I enjoy watching over and over to learn the concepts he gives you a lot of insight and knowledge about escaping
Amazing as always
Top notch instruction with subtle details that improve upon all the principals most are already familiar with
JD makes it simple and provides simple explanations for the movements and techniques. How many years have you been doing a step-by-step technique without understanding the purpose and nuances of the technique?
Extremely helpful
Great instructional on escapes. These work with the gi as well. These are some of the basics that make a big difference. I feel more confident attacking knowing I can escape any position
went from surviving to thriving, a John Danaher instructional really is as good as it gets!
This was an exceptional video, one that really changes the way you think about escapes. The title of the video, is misleading, in that this is much more than learning how to escape bad positions, but rather to adopt a new philosophy of BJJ - to attack while escaping. Being dangerous from everywhere. I highly recommend this video. As always Prof. Danaher does not disappoint.
Danaher is the gold standard for bjj technique. This is a timeless classic that I will refer to for years to come.
First purchased and watched this instructional after receiving my first white belt stripe. It helped open my mind to the defensive possibilites and gave me a few extra options from bad positions. I came back to rewatch as a blue belt when I had a better understanding of jiu jitsu helping me better digest certain concepts. I feel like at every belt level this is a film to always revisit and notice new things.
Because of this instructional no one near my skill level can hold me in any pin unless I decide to stay there.
