Johns details are incredible. These techniques have been saving me on the mat, no question.
This was extremely helpful for taking my escapes to the next level. Great material
Excellent les techniques escape fonctionne très bien en combat
Danaher’s details had made me more comfortable with spending time in leg lock attacks.
rich content
Escape for the most popular submissions (except for the rear ***** choke) I not only shows technique but deduces the technique out of the concept he showcases here, namely "reverse engeneering"
This was the last of the New Wave series that I purchased, mainly because it didn't show up in the Daily Deal for a year and a half. Since I was lacking in solid submission escape material, I also got Garry Tonon's Exit the System and Craig Jones' one for beginners. I really like those, and they were helpful. But... They don't hold a candle to this. Yes, Danaher doesn't go over things like the Buggy Choke, and that's where I'm glad I have Craig's. I also like Garry's perspective and style. Yet, Danaher is so clear and comprehensive in his teaching; this is far and away the best. I'm so glad I have this.
It is another great video. I love the big picture views and all the details.
Great course by John Danaher. A very well thought out explanation and development to learn step by step the art of grappling.
Awesome
Very detailed, goes over many different types of escapes and counters. Covers a lot of info on different possible situations one could encounter. He slaps ole' boy around though **** Nonetheless excellent instructional, didn't expect any less from Professor Danaher. 11/10 would recommend.
Great as always
I never thought i'd ever get the chance to get such a deep explanation of the mechanics & progressions of each submission. Danahers way of explaining things might not be for everyone but I personally found a lot of moments unintentionally hilarious. Definitely worth every penny if you're serious about competing & training.
great details
Exceptional like all other Prof Danaher videos. Concepts and application are super clear as always
Good quality Video and Audio, Instructor is clear and easy to understand. The Video is laid out in a good format and each technique is explained well and shown from variety of angles
White belts need this
easy to understand and apply. I love Danahers view on submission escapes straight into submission offense.
Fantastic display of intimate knowledge of the sport of grappling. Highly efficient and informative content at a high quality.
Instantly applicable to my rolling !
The leglock counter section alone is worth the money of this instructional. I love how this instructional doesn’t stop at escapes and leans heavily into counters
what you've come to expect from John
distills a very complicated topic into a consumable learnable framework. world class like all other Damaher content.
Covers basic escapes and escape principles. Lacking on the more advanced leg lock variation escapes...
