  I've found that John Danaher's instructional style is exactly what is right for me. This one gives a step by step sequence of how to use mounted attacks to finish an opponent. I have noticed HUGE improvements to my game after studying this and plan to continue doing so or years to come.

  This instructional is extremely helpful for beginners and the more experienced. John Danaher carefully explains why the Mount is such a strong position and how to enter and use different positions and dilemmas to generate your own preferred submissions. The detail is incredible. One thing i really liked was how John gave a step by step explanation of how to most effectively apply the different submissions. A must buy if you are looking to develop your offense from mount.
