Great open guard stuff
John Danaher always delivers.
John does an excellent job describing the details. One thing I like is the emphasis on backside leg entries which are often overlooked.

open guard
always love Danaher strategy and tactics
awesome
As a beginner I found this instructional very beginner friendly and heavy on the conceptual side of open guard, covering retention, entries into legs and sumi gaeshi, and basic attacks. But I can also see the higher level details and concepts that will be great to revisit as I improve, and that I believe will help upper belts as well. The details on suni gaeshi are particularly great.
