Very solid Instructional
As a white belt starting out, this saved me so much from getting passed. 2 years on, it has been great to revisit as I can appreciate the leg entries way more. Not as exciting as flying triangles, but way more useful.
Pure gold! John will level up your game. He has a great teaching style and deep knowledge. Better than every wrestling instructional.
great
Lots of detail and wisdom. Thanks
Guard masterclass
A great overall philosophy on how to approach open guard. The instructional covers guard retention, before delving in to primary offense ideas from open guard, namely leglocks. A great complementary instructional to Danahers lecklock instructional
This video is very comprehensible. I've really appreciate the part on guard retention.
I've specialy appreciate the guard retention part. This is a very comprehensive video serie.

Danaher at his finest. Not a million different unrelated techniques but a few positions laid out in detail. Very nice.
