  Really this style of judo has been the best for No Gi competitions for me!! I'm 47 years old... Masters 4... shooting for doubles is low percentage for me. But the techniques from this instructional has helped me to get more takedowns!!!

• Definitely the best takedown instructional for No Gi

  This instructional has helped improve my stand up for No Gi!!! I'm a Masters 4 athlete, so shooting in for double legs isn't an option I can use too often. This style of No Gi Judo helps fill in that gap in my game. I'm getting more takedowns and I have a lot more options when I compete at tournaments.
