  Old school understanding transcends any "new" concept and Chris Haueter definitely knows how to get that point across! Understanding fundamentals at the level he does really will change the way you roll. I've had the pleasure of feeling some of these details from him in person via a seminar and they were insanely efficient. (which I highly recommend checking out one of his seminars if you ever are able to go to one! His wife Melissa is usually with him and is also amazing and has great details especially for any ladies that train) This instructional is an absolute gem and completely worth every penny, don't hesitate on adding some of these details to your own game.
