Old school jou jitsu made work
Professor Chris Haueter and co. provided a compendium of fundamental techniques leveled up with little and huge crucial all with the emphasis to use your limbs to set up and use your whole body to fullfill retention, passing, pinning and submitting! Everything is applicable to selfdefense! The drills alone would be worth to watch it! Highly recommend!!!
Excellent instructional
A really detailed instructional on a variety of techniques, very functional and easy to incorporate into my game. Was a perfect overview to get back into JJ after a long layoff.

Chris is full of knowledge. He covers important fundamentals for a more street smart style. Its definitely old school and with it the little tricks are extremely useful. The quality of the video is ok, reminds me of the videos we shared in the 90's of home garage dojos.

A surprising amount of content here, including several nice chains or sequences that you can easily incorporate. Plus it is narrated by Chris Haueter, who offhandedly drops pearls of wisdom throughout the presentation. Highly recommended.

The choice of techniques covered on "Old School Efficient" are excellent and will help develop a well rounded game and self defense base, but the real reason to buy this instructional is because of Haueter's effective form of communication. He gets to the point fast, and his ability to quickly explain the essence of the technique really helps my understanding. Haueter covers a ton of ground in approximately 3.5 hours of content. This instructional gets 5 stars!

This was my first BJJ instructional that I first bought over a year ago when I first started. It helped answer some questions when it came to transitions for certain positions and helped me understand some techniques that was a little more advanced that I knew nothing about at that time.

Chris Heuter is an absolute legend here he demonstrates and explains and fantastic range of techniques and the way he relays the information and his unique approach to BJJ is so watchable. I could listen to him talk and teach all day.
