At a certain point defense becomes fun and the game slows down. Danaher can get you there faster than anyone else. Highly recommend this one.
Just amazing to understand for white bets

Danaher pin escapes
this has helped a lot my during my white and now early blue belt journey 😄
Excellent detail and easily understood. Foundational knowledge.
Been doing jiu jitsu for 3.5 months now. Admittedly, I was having trouble taking in all of the information - there's so freaking much I didn't know what to focus on and in real time it can be hard to think. However, watching Danaher teach and then trying to apply the principles in class has significantly sped up the learning process. Highly recommend this course. Fundamentals, a great defense, and continually showing up is the path forward. It is not easy, however, worth it. And this course will help you separate yourself as you put in the time studying.

If you want to make a BLUE belt - you NEED to OWN the defense. This will ensure that. It helped me immensely and still go to it!
Great instructional for learning escapes, which are crucial at all levels, but especially for new folks! Even for the techniques that every gym teaches quite well (e.g., hip escapes from side control/mount, bridging escapes from mount), there are incredible details here that make those escapes much more effective! Danaher also covers a range of less conventional escapes, which provide additional options (e.g., shoulder roll escape from side control [rolling away from your opponent, seemingly exposing your back] and the high leg [which gives a brief opportunity for an armbar from bottom side control]).
elbow escapes. so many intricate details that make all the difference. it's timeless and I couldn't recommend it enough.
