  Content is very good. Some formatting could be done to the names of the movie sections. Also, John tends to repeat himself a bit, but I find this helpful as a beginner to really drill the messages home. I learned a ton from this video series and would definitely buy more from this author.

  This instructional has made Jiujitsu a lot more fun for me. Now I actually enjoy putting myself into bad positions so I can practice my escapes.
