Very good. Very structured instructional. With lots of content that’s easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely fantastic broken down and I mean broken like an aircraft engineer. IMO genius and quality.
Very good. I have just begun to study these techniques. I am using them on my training partners at the gym but I haven't gotten good at them. I plan to focus on these pin escapes for a while. Unique theory of pin escapes that gives me options even when I can't identify exactly what pin the person is using. I have escapes for the standard positions but people who are really good at pinning tend to use non-standard pins.
Chapter 1 is all the rules and points structure. Remaining chapters offer tons of escapes in various positions
The best way to start out by gaining confidence not being pinned. This is in depth and works right out of the gate for putting it into practice.
The best way to scape
Great
Nice
EXCELLENT AND EASY TO FOLLOW
Simply a masterclass for this foundational skill. This instructional helped me understand the game a little better. Wish I have watched this when I was a white belt.
The best starting point for sport jiu-jitsu
This HAS changed my understanding quite significantly. I am listening to all the lessons to expand my awareness of the typical positions and the relationships between them. Afterwards, I will take detailed notes of each laid out sequence and drill them until they become a part of me. This series is a treasure of information.
Some great techniques for escaping pins, which if you're new to bjj like me, will be a life saver.
Super easy to follow

Amazing instruction with very in depth concepts. John is a phenomenal instructor.
Thank you, sir. A coach only has so much he can cover in a class. Use this Danaher tape and watch your progress exceed your peers of the same rank. My questions are all being answered by professor here.
Very good
A must have for every white belt!
Got on mats after a few years break. This is the first instructional I went over. The ability to survive and escape is the foundation of BJJ game. Excellent instructional for somebody new or returning to the game.

John is very technical and the course is very intuitive. A bit hard to follow sometimes his slow voice
I really like how this was done, I feel like he really took the time to explain to us the techniques but also why those techniques and more general concepts that go further than only those techniques. Very good!
An amazing guide showing how to escape from different positions in bjj
