So much more better pins.
Good concepts on pins to better control opponents. Clear instructional with zero fluff unnecessary fillers. Highly recommend it to deepen ones game and thinking about martial arts.
Started using all the concepts in the instructional and only have been for about a week now. Everyone I usually roll with have been telling me my pressure has drastically improved, and has been asking me what I did to change it. Overall great instructional very informative, highly recommend

Improved my overall understanding
体重のかけ方が上手になりました。
muy bueno lo recomiendo
Craig Jones presents pinning as a dynamic, attacking system rather than just control. The instructional is clear, practical, and focused on using pressure to force reactions and create submissions. Short, modern, and very effective—especially for No-Gi.

Packed with tons of clever tricks and details. When my training partner started hitting the same moves on me, I felt completely helpless. Super effective stuff!
Helped me ride more like my coach’s A+
Helps you to gain a new view on Jiu-Jitsu

Learn how to ride from the 2nd best!
If you're a hobbyist or an older practitioner this is perfect to counter those young competition guys/gals. This instructional is solely based on training the opposite of point based positions. I've worked this for about a month so far with lots of trial and error. But it's mostly feeling it out and making sure you do have your staples or hooks placed correctly, with your body weight. Also most importantly using the upper body techniques he shows in the videos to maintain control. Nothings going to be a 100% but being aware to pummel the legs and transition constantly to maintain consistent pressure is key. Submissions will start opening up as you're making everyone miserable. Safe training!
Really good videos to watch, little bit of humour to keep you engaged. Learnt a lot from this instructional
Awesome as always. Very clear instruction
Goated, I guess you can say you’re a scientist Craig! You’re basically doing an academic doctorate in *** wizardry. I’ve been training for a while I just never did no exams lol. Also, bigger people have no clue what’s happening and I love it
This instruction shows very useful wrestling concepts to use in your BJJ matches. Good for wearing your opponents down.
