Defense Sequence Extraordinaire!
Mikey was able to expound on defense sequences based on modern attacks at the high level. The concepts and sequences are phenomenal and shows high effectivity/performance rate and would require minimal adjustments for those with a different body frame. All in all, a must have in your Jiujitsu arsenal especially for those competitors!
A lot of information packed into one purchase
Although pretty advanced for me, there are many nuggets of wisdom to be applied to even a beginners game. Mikey is great at explaining the triggers and responses without leaving you wondering "why?".
