Best instructional for beginners in BJJ! Understanding fundamental movements seen in all aspects of the sport.
As I only have around 5 months training twice per week it was helpful to learn the basic but effective exercises. I continue practicing, I have an small mat that I bought on internet where I can follow the exercises provided in this course.
