It's a great solo program. I would recommend it to many people.
John Danaher offers up some practical solo drills in this instructional. He explains and then demonstrates how the mechanics of the drills apply in a live rolling scenario. These drills are a great supplement to the training process during days where you can't make it to the mat.
Lonely ji jitsu
If youte short a partner and want to get some movement in this is a good place to start

Top notch content with great detailing of all essential aspects
great
As usual great job by JD. Understands the need for solo training, why its important and how he'll make you better at it.
I just started training a little over a year ago. I have some mats in my house, but I don't have a grappling ***** nor do I live with anyone I can train with. These drills are great for practicing movements and staying sharp, even when you can't get to a class or get a partner to practice with that day.
this was great content
Really good dvd to learn from
Excellent BJJ training drills that are very useful especially when you can't get to the club. But still I learnt so many details and BJJ movements I didn't know. I found it helped my BJJ defense during my sparring.
Good free content
Yes sir
Although nothing beats drilling and rolling in class, these solo drills are an excellent way to better prepare your body for future sessions. These drills allow me to stay focused on improving my technique, without having to wreck my central nervous system by getting smashed into the ground. As John says in the video "everyday is an opportunity to get better at jiu jitsu" For someone new to the sport (and it being a free series), this is a great thing for any practitioner to add to their toolbox.
It's a great material to practice on your own. Very grateful for it. Thank you.
Very good. Have more direction to train.
John provides a solid foundation for turning the days off the mat without a partner into another chance to improve your BJJ.
Very useful solo drills that provide a way to train at home or when you have no training partner around.
