Good
Very good for when you can't train with a partner. Even if you are just starting out with jiu jitsu, this is a very good video because you learn how to move the body on the ground.
Really great stuff, Tons and tons of stuff to keep me busy
The best solo drills instruction i have seen so far :-)
these movements are foundational for all bjj practitioners and yet get over looked. during the pandemic this video helped me fine tune and get better at the basics
Its a very informative video breaking down the different aspects of the basic movements in bjj, and also explains the why behind each of them.
Good description and easy to understand his explanation of why solo drills are important
Nice!
Great value and techniques for someone that can't make it to training all the time.
Best solo movements and drills for bjj!
Thanks for the free instructional. Used this a lot during covid.
Great video.
A lot of the drills I've already known from in-person classes in my local club, but the instructional goes into details about the exact how and why that one might not get from a typical "monkey see, monkey do" method of learning.
Great video
Great!!!
John Danaher is a great teacher
Learn from the beat bjj coach
I like the details and the backgound informations. It's not only that Danaher "shows some moves", but he gives details and context.
Always good to go back to these basic movements
This tutorial about solo drills should be something to teach in every school with the deep explanations that Mr. Danaher does. After this you can have a deep understanding about why you do an specific drill. This will help to improve your jiujitsu skills by your own.
Very Detailed, Good Explained ! Thanks
Good
Danaher teaching style it so eloquent and clear. He truly is the contemporary Professor X of BJJ. Great video. Important topics that I was never taught in this detail.
Danaher is amazing at explaining and demonstrating these essential movements. Helped me a lot!
Loving this content - JD makes the drills so applicable to a roll.
