Great
John gives an excellent understanding on the important body positions of jiu jitsu and where you need to be strong.
Very useful movements and explanations. I hadn't put much thought into doing exercises like this but it makes sense and seems to help. Nobody will think you are a loser for going through some of these before your class.
A great way to boost your jiu-jitsu when out of training.
very helpful
Great drills to improve BJJ.
Nice instructionals.
Clear, valuable instruction that is free! I need to do more toe touches.
Great solo drills and warm ups
John is one of my favorite instructors and no doubt at the apex of his craft. I can't believe he did this course for free, but it was excellent and I thank him.
Man what can I say John Danaher is the man the myth the legend when it comes to grappling. This is an amazing tutorial
Drills that lead me through covid
Super informative and has helped me lay out specific days of solo drills! One of the best sport specific solo workout tutorials/instructionals
Danaher does a great job breaking down the drills in order to fully explain the fundamentals of common jiu jitsu techniques. Very helpful for all grapplers. Especially those who have time to train solo.

John Danaher is the best
very good for beginners starting out. making sure you have the basics in place before getting more complicated
Even as a black belt I always learn something from John. Most black belts aren't doing these drills correctly. I really loved the details on the correct bridge. And the pull up bar routine he emphasized at the end really inspired me to start working on my 3x12 reps strict toes to bar. New goal. Thanks John!
Great guideline for solo drilling and fundamental movement exercises.
Work of art! from the greatest philosopher and Jiu~ jitsu practitioner of all time!
exactly what i needed for warm up before class
