I bought this to build my foundation for guard in no-GI.
The sweep soupine position is very usefull exellent explication.

Open guard at beginner and intermediate level can often be more about defending - this video takes it to the next level where you are actually becoming dangerous from the position and thus get your own guard passed much less often than before.
