It is very helpful.
Too long but very detailed
Covers everything from supine position and gives great details. Excellent!
we should learn with seated guard,
awesome

Awesome!!!

Probably my favorite Gordon Ryan instructional I've watched so far. Don't be intimidated by the names of moves or highlights, his open guard really doesn't require any crazy level of mobility, especially compared to some other guard systems out there. Worth noting this instructional is intened to go with his seated guard instructional. Still a ton great standalone contnent that will keep you busy for awhile but you'll probably want to buy both eventually.
lots and lots of details to study. have spent a ton of time on the material and still way more to go over.

Blue belt trying to improve supine guard and leg entries. Highly recommended!
Great instructional which ist very detailed. He is not only a great grappler but also a great teacher.
Gordon clearly knows what he's talking about.
Excellent seated open guard system, great material to add if you've already watched the Danaher open guard instructionals.
Clear, concise and straightforward. I've only viewed the first chapter concepts and have immediately plugged them into my game.
