As always incredible instruction from the best!
Probably the best instruction
At first it was a little to hard to follow. But after I got back from the course of John Danaher, it really is worth it!
Awesome, but it fries my brain
Probably the best
One of the best dvds on the app
True to title. Builds a detailed road map of a leglock system
Holy lord this is a lot of info, break 2-4 techniques and drill them a lot before moving on. You can spend a year on this easily.
This is one of the best, if not the best instructional on leg locks, mostly focused on positions and control from them and how to fluidly move from one position to the next, working in a system
