I was hesitant to buy this at first because I've watched a lot of free takedown instruction on YouTube and wasn't sure it would be worth it. I ended up grabbing it on a daily deal with my rewards points, and I'm really glad I did. This has already helped my hand fighting, closing the distance, and setting up my single and double legs. There are a lot of concepts here that I hadn't seen before, and everything is taught with grappling in mind, so you're not putting yourself in bad positions like getting guillotined or giving up your back. Takedowns are the weakest part of my game right now, and this instructional has been a huge help. Highly recommend it.

Really good stuff :call_me_hand:
Professor A. G. teaches single and double leg takedowns in a simple way with proper details. He points out the do´s and dont´s when you go for the particular takedown as well as the the danger you have to be aware of when you hunt the takedowns. It´s about entries and finishes startet by eplaining the concepts and concise handfighting. He also shows how to get to the back and finish out of it. Highly recommend
Andre's content has been very helpfull in improving my takedown game. I strongly recommend this for anyone looking to enhance abilities.
It focuses on just a few takedowns, which you can combinate freely and you got many details for resisting opponents.
Andre Galvao is a beast! These takedown techniques are so effective. This course is a must have! Thanks a lot.
