I have been out for a few months with and injury and this has been excellent review material as I prepare to go back to classes. This is a must have any white blue looking for strong fundamentals to prepare them for blue belt.

My academy is great but a lot of techniques off the bottom and other basic positions you just kind of pick up as you go. Andre's instructional has been very helpful in bridging the gap between myself and white belts who have been going longer.

I have purchased a dozen courses now from BJJ fanatics, but this one for some reason is probably the best one to date. Some of the courses are in my opinion to detailed and dare I say a marathon to get through but nonetheless very informative but Professor Galvo’s course is absolutely spot on. With all the deals and discounts that are out there this is tremendous value for money. Great investment!
